In  order for the nations of SubSahara Africa to become donors rather than recipients buried in a culture of chronic beggarliness, a new generation of African leaders grounded in KNOWLEDGE is required. KNOWLEDGE that incorporates vigorous discourse about JUSTICE, COURAGE, ALTRUISM and SELFLESS PUBLIC SERVICE. There are three components to our approach in achieving this goal.

1. Providing the children with all the requirements for decent, quality Basic Education. These include teachers, decent buildings, library, books      and computer center.

2.   Leadership Academy for the teachers and community leaders. The 2014 Academy held from September 1-5 focussed on five themes; COURAGE, EDUCATION, JUSTICE, WISDOM and SELFLESS PUBLIC SERVICE. The teachers are required to pass those things learned in the Academy to the children in the primary school and the young men and women in the secondary school.

3.  Economic Empowerment of the community so that they can , as soon as possible, participate in sustaining the programs that we have put in place. Our hope is that eventually, the local, state and federal authorities will collaborate with the community leaders and take over these programs.

TO DATE, WE HAVE LAID THE FOUNDATION FOR 1 & 2.  HOWEVER  WE NEED YOUR HELP AS WE MOVE FORWARD TO :

 (a) SUSTAIN  # 1 AND # 2.

(c).  Begin phase 3, ( # 3) above. This will involve setting up microfinance for the community.  The vast majority of the men are farmers and many of the women also work in the farm. Our goal is to assist them with the necessary tools and infrastructure to be able to sell their goods and products in the markets outside the village. We hope this will strengthen the parents of the school children financially, so that they will be able to contribute more to the education of their children.

OUR  GOAL IS TO TAKE THIS MODEL TO SEVERAL OTHER POOR AND UNDERSERVED VILLAGES IN NIGERIA AND ULTIMATELY TO OTHER COUNTRIES IN AFRICA.

PLEASE  DONATE.  NO AMOUNT IS TOO SMALL.  GOD  BLESS.
