Community Economic Empowerment Program
The purpose of the Community Economic Empowerment Program, (CEEP) is to improve the economic condition of the rural communities where PACAW, Inc. operates. We seek to achieve this goal by helping the communities improve their local industries. The program is dedicated to strengthening the community and its economy. The ultimate goal is to strengthen the economy of the community to the point that the leaders can take over the activities of PACAW, Inc. This is a crucial message from PACAW, Inc., as we seek to break the shameful cycle of dependency on Aid which is so entrenched in most of the nations of sub-Saharan Africa.
